   “We need name titles for all 14 speakers.”

   Put the names in a spreadsheet and save it as CSV. Every row becomes a lower third. Next speaker: one click or one MIDI button.

2. 02

   “Can we show a countdown to doors?”

   Enter the time and write “Doors open in {timer}”. It counts down by itself, to a time of day or to a date.

3. 03

   “The sponsors should run along the bottom.”

   Switch to Ticker. Names crawl at a steady speed with soft edges, read from a text file you can still edit during the show.

   “Put the live voting results on screen.”

   Write {osc:/votes} into the text. Whatever your show control sends to that address appears immediately.

   “We need something big when the winner is announced.”

   Load Spark Shower, set your brand colours and fire a burst from a column or a MIDI button.

2. 02

   “Something calm behind the keynote, please.”

   Use Form Wave: a field of particles that keeps moving slowly on its own, for as long as the talk runs.

3. 03

   “Can the logo dissolve into sparks?”

   Put Particles FX on the logo clip. Particles are born from its bright pixels and take its colours.

4. 04

   “Make it react to the band.”

   Bursts follow the kick drum through Resolume’s audio analysis. Size and speed can follow any frequency band.

   “Show the photographer’s pictures while the party’s still going.”

   Point Slides at the folder the photographer saves to. Every new picture plays next.

2. 02

   “The images come straight from the camera, 24 megapixels each.”

   Slides decodes them at exactly the size you need, in the background, so nothing stutters and nothing shimmers.

3. 03

   “Can it look like a photo wall?”

   Switch on Scatter: pictures land in random spots with a frame and a shadow, several at a time.
